Kristen Anne Bell was born in 1980. She's a singer/actress from the USA. She is born in 1980 and is a Michigan native, born and fostered by her parents, Lorelei Frygier (a nurse) as well as Tom Bell (a TV news director). Her family ancestry includes Polish (mother) and German, English, Irish as well as Scottish (father). Kristen discovered a passion in the performing arts from the age of a child. She attended her audition in 1992, and was then offered a role on Raggedy Ann, and Andy. Bell 13, who was 13 when her mother signed up for an agent, was cast on ads on newspapers and TV. At this time, she also began private acting lessons. Bell was credited as a character in the movie Polish Wedding (1998) in 1998. Bell was part of the music and drama club at Shrine Catholic High School. The school's stage production The Wizard of Oz, Bell was chosen to play Dorothy. Bell later moved in New York City, to the Tisch School of the Arts. She was a musical theatre student there. Bell dropped out of school in 2001 to take on the role of Becky in the film Tom Sawyer. In the is the year she made her first credited debut as Pootie Tang. Pootie Tang (2001), however her character was deleted and she was only seen in the credit sequence. Bell appeared alongside Angela Bettis and Liam Neeson in 2002's Broadway revival of The Crucible.
