Jana Kramer, an actor and songwriter, who specialises in country pop music and songwriting gained prominence on TV when she became Alex during the final three seasons on One Tree Hill. The first two albums she made as a country singer appeared on the episodes of the show that helped her debut album, titled "Eponymous," to make it into the Top 20 in the Billboard 200. Thirty One, her follow-up album, released in 2015, climbed the Top Ten. In the final decade of her career the year, she appeared on Dancing with the Stars. It was 2021 when The Doubting Voices came out. Jana Rae Kramer began acting in 2002, while she was a young teenage. Born in Rochester Hills Michigan Jana Rae Kramer has a background in the country genre. After appearing as a guest on All My Children or CSI: NY, Kramer landed Noelle Davenport's recurring role in NBC Friday Night Lights in the show's 2nd season 2007-2008. Kramer then appeared on 90210 as Portia Randson between 2008 and 2009, and as Brooke Manning for Entourage 2009. She then joined the cast of One Tree Hill with the character Alex Dupre. Kramer remained in the character until the middle of the final season One Tree Hill. Jana Kramer During her run on the show Kramer signed a recording contract for her record label Elektra Records and debuted the modern country song I Won't Stop in a show episode from 2011 of One Tree Hill. It later appeared as a track on Jana Kramer, her debut album that debuted in 2012. Billboard Top Country Albums ranked it in the Top Five. The singer focused her attention on her singing career while still acting she acted in movies that drew her followers like Heart of the Country 2013 & Country Crush 2016. The second album of Kramer's Thirty One was released by Warner Music Nashville on October 15th, 2015. I Got the Boy (a Top Five country single) as well as Steven Tyler's duet with Aerosmith made the album achieve even greater success which saw it reach the top three spot on the Billboard 200. In September 2016, her two month stint on 23rd episode of Dancing with the Stars ended with a 4th place finish. The same year, It's like Christmas featuring Straight No Chaser, was a big adult contemporary hit.
